With a Fresh Perspective

Dr. David Jordan of the Seven Hills Foundation hopes to promote the education of students and managers with new leadership ideas that are informative and relevant to contemporary society. His transcending leadership theory aims to reconcile some of the contradictory ideas that have arisen in the past. More specifically, it expands on the transactional-transformational leadership paradigm originally posited by Burns (1978).
Open to New Ideas

The transcending leadership theory discussed in my dissertation is open to critique. I am especially interested to see research on other sectors and disciplines besides healthcare leaders. Any relevant research or data on leadership - including how leaders interact with society, organizations, and educational institutions - might be used to test the veracity of this claim.
